Fire – Exit the building if fire is inside and Dial 911
Suspicious Activity/Crime In progress – Dial 911 Do not intervene and Do not delay contacting Police.
Gas Leak – Go outside and call the FortisBC Emergency Line at 1-800-663-9911 (24 hours) or dial 911
Power Outage – Specific to your unit – 1 –locate your units electrical panel, open the door, and look for switches (breakers) in the middle/off position, 2 Identify Tripped Breakers: Look for a switch that is not fully in the “on” position, but rather in the middle. 3- Resetting: Firmly push the tripped switch to the “off” position, then back to “on”. If power can not be restore from a breaker reset contact your Maintenance Coordinator and submit work order request
Flooding – Go to your main water line shutoff (inside your unit) often in the basement nearest your hot water tank, Turn OFF you water supply and contact your Maintenance Coordinator and submit work order request
